Why Perosia exists.
Perosia is a formulation studio for beauty and personal care. We develop modern, effective, eco-conscious formulas, and we build them to survive the factory, not just to shine on the bench. This is why we work the way we do.
Great formulation is two jobs at once. One is the chemistry that performs: the texture, the actives, the claims, the feel a customer pays for. The other is the chemistry that survives a stainless tank, a filling line, and a real supply chain. Most teams are good at one and hope for the other.
Perosia does both. We are formulators who develop modern, eco-conscious products and build them for the factory from the first beaker, so what performs on the bench still performs by the tonne. Independent, manufacturing-fluent, and working only for you.
What we hold to.
- Rigor. We would rather tell you a hard thing early than a comfortable thing that fails at the factory. Every formula and every finding is specific enough to act on.
- Responsibility. We favor cleaner, responsibly sourced, readily biodegradable materials where they perform, and efficient formats like waterless and concentrated. When your market needs a standard like COSMOS, ECOCERT, or a clean-beauty retailer list, we formulate to it.
- Neutrality. We do not own a factory or sell ingredients, and no supplier pays us. Our chemistry has no agenda but a product that performs and a batch that comes out right.
- Discretion. Your formula stays yours. We work under NDA, and we treat confidentiality as part of the job, not a checkbox.
