Why Perosia exists.
A good formula and a producible one are not the same thing. Plenty of brands find that out the expensive way, at the factory. Perosia exists to close that gap before it costs you a run.
Bench chemistry and factory chemistry are different jobs. A chemist can make something beautiful in a beaker and still have it fail when it meets heat, shear, and a stainless tank. A contract manufacturer can run a line well and still have thin front-end development. The brand sits in the middle and carries the risk.
Perosia is the seat that has been missing: a neutral, manufacturing-fluent advisor whose only job is to make sure the formula survives the jump from lab to line.
What we hold to.
- Rigor. We would rather tell you a hard thing early than a comfortable thing that fails at the factory. Every finding is specific enough to act on.
- Neutrality. We do not own a factory or sell ingredients, and no supplier pays us. Our advice has no agenda but your batch coming out right.
- Discretion. Your formula stays yours. We work under NDA, and we treat confidentiality as part of the job, not a checkbox.

Perosia's work is led by a formulator with more than 20 years across skincare, haircare, and personal care, including multi-tonne scale-up for products on shelves today.
We keep the principal's name off the site by choice. The point of an advisor is the judgment, not the personal brand, and the case for hiring us should rest on results. The person who reviews your formula is the person you deal with, start to finish.
