    We assess it against the Scale-Readiness framework: stability, manufacturability, sourcing, cost, and compliance exposure.

  3. You get the report

    Within five to seven business days you receive the scored report, risk map, and fix roadmap, followed by a call to walk through it.

Will you sign an NDA?
Yes. A mutual NDA is in place before you send us anything. Nothing you share leaves the engagement, and we do not sell ingredients or represent a manufacturer, so there is no conflict of interest.

What do you need from me to start?
A picture of your formula: your goals for it, the key ingredients, and how it behaves so far, plus the batch size and process you are targeting and where you plan to manufacture. You don't have to hand over the full recipe to begin. If you have stability data or a spec sheet, those help; if you don't, we'll tell you what's missing.

What if the audit finds serious problems?
That is the point. It is far cheaper to find a fault in a report than in a failed batch. The fix roadmap tells you exactly what to change, and we can take on the reformulation work if you want us to.

Do you work outside beauty and personal care?
Our focus is skincare, haircare, and personal care. Adjacent categories are possible depending on the chemistry. Ask us and we will tell you honestly whether we are the right fit.
